Kiran Malhotra, Managing Director

He holds a degree in Mechanical traning from Linde AG in Germany and higher studies for Processing Engineering from the University of Cologne in Germany.

He has served as the Managing Director of Stans Group of Companies and United International Ltd and in his capacity he has advised clients in wide spectrum of industries in attaining Strategic decisions.

He has vast experience of more than three decades and expertise in the consumer product sector and has acquired and patented diverse brands in his name and under his leadership he has acclaimed distinguished recognition in Global Business markets.

In 2005 he was appointed Ambassador of City of Cologne in Germany to promote Indo-German bilateral relationship.

He is also the founder President of Indo-German Business Forum and has established this platform since its inception in 2007 to encourage trade and investment in India and Germany.

He has been member of several delegation visits during this decade to India and has called on Political Leaders and Corporate organisations to successfully establish Business avenues in India and Germany.

He has delivered multifold addresses and presentations at several Industry bodies such as Confederation of Indian Industry, Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry, Nasscom, All India Association of Industries and Indo-German Chamber of Commerce.

He was on the panel of PBD conventions organised by the Ministry for Overseas Indian Affairs in New Delhi, Chennai and at the World Forum in The Hague, Netherlands.



Prof. Dr. Sanjay Mathur, Managing Director

He is the Director of the Institute of Inorganic Chemistry at the University of Cologne, Cologne, Germany. He also serves as the „International Ambassador“ of the university. His research interests focus on various facets of chemical nanotechnologies.

He holds five patents and has authored/ co-authored over 200 original research publications and has edited several books. He is a Titular Member of the Inorganic Chemistry Division of International Union of Pure and Applied Chemists (IUPAC) and serves as the Chair of Engineering Ceramics Division of the American Ceramic Society.

A member of the Advisory Board of the Federation of German Materials Science (DGM) and also serves on the Advisory Committees of a number of international societies, and research institutions, he also serves on the Board of the German Chemical Industries Network CHEMCOLOGNE and an appointed member of the Technical Advisory Board of the global company Henkel.

A recipient of several distinguished awards including the Global Star Award of the ECD of American Ceramic Society, fellowships of the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation, IUPAC’s Young Observer and an ASM International-Indian Institute of Materials lectureship.

He holds Visiting Professorships at the Central South University, China and National Institute of Science Education and Research (NISER), India. He was elected as Academician of the World Academy of Ceramics.


Kiran Bhojani, Managing Director

He holds an MBA from the University of San Francisco, USA, and a Bachelor of Commerce and Economics degree from the Sydenham College based in Mumbai, India.

He advises clients on all aspects of internal and external communication . He specializes mainly for the listed companies on the aspect of investor relations and shareholder communication. In addition, he advises German and Indian companies for investments and partnerships in India and Germany.

He worked as Executive Vice President and Global Head of Investor Relations for E.ON AG one of the world's largest utility companies based in Germany, for 17 years. During his tenure, he was consistently recognized for his outstanding capital market communication. He has won the "Best Investor Relations Officer in Europe" title several times and has been consistently recognized as one of the top three IR officers in Europe.

Before joining E.ON in 1992, he worked for several prominent banks in Germany and in the U.S. as an Equity Analyst and got good recognition in the press and media for his research work in the Chemicals and the Utility sectors.


Subhash Chavan, Managing Director

He studied Electronics Engineering and Economics in Germany and has a wide experience in marketing and sales management, predominantly in IT sector, since 1976. In 1992 he formed his own company to offer Offshore IT and Engineering services to major companies in Germany through partner IT companies in India. He specializes in intercultural management of complex projects.

He has authored a book on Year 2000 Date Conversion and has published several articles on IT processes and intercultural management.

Apart from IT services, he has helped Indian companies position their products in Germany as well as arrange Quality Assurance mechanisms for German companies importing products from India.
